2. The Markspot Service
[Placeholder] Markspot lets you turn static images into interactive shoppable content and embed the result on third-party sites. Features available to you depend on your plan; see the Pricing page for the current matrix.
3. Your Account
[Placeholder] You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. Organizations may have additional roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer) that govern what members can do.
4. Plans, Billing & Cancellation
[Placeholder] Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Failed payments may pause your organization; see the in-app billing page for the current state of your subscription.
5. Your Content
[Placeholder] You retain ownership of images, product data, and other content you upload. You grant Markspot a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the service and render your published embeds.
6. Acceptable Use
[Placeholder] Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, don't attempt to circumvent plan limits or rate limits, and don't use Markspot to harass or harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
[Placeholder] Markspot's name, logo, and software remain ours. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.
8. Termination
[Placeholder] You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive after an extended period — see the in-app organization lifecycle for timelines.
9. Disclaimers

10. Limitation of Liability
[Placeholder] To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markspot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
